What we collect

Urla Collective collects only what we need to serve you: the name, email address, optional phone number, travel dates and preferences you share through our membership and concierge request forms.

We use no third-party advertising cookies. Anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) may be collected to improve the service.

How we use it

Your details are used solely to answer your request, prepare your trip and stay in touch with you. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

When an experience or visit is confirmed, only the minimum needed for hosting (name, party size, date) is shared with the host.

Storage & security

Data is stored on Google Firebase with access restricted by security rules. Your private request page is reachable only through the reference link given to you.

Your rights & contact
